Create Today was founded by Dr. Caroline Howe, a nationally recognised specialist in psychosocial risk and disability management. With over three decades of experience spanning mental health, injury recovery, and systemic safety, including serving as Head of Research for icare NSW, Caroline designs evidence-informed solutions that protect and empower vulnerable communities.
